[Personally, if you’re adverse to tea for the time being, any sort of liquid would do. Like coconut water, light juice, or even just water. You can try lighting a calming-scented candle like peppermint or something you happen to like. Or, I dunno if this works since I’ve never tried it, you can pinch the skin where your thumb and forefinger meet on your left hand for about 15 seconds. Apparently there is a nerve there that relieves headaches?

I dunno I usually just listen to music or sleep or tea but urghhh meds never.]
